Michigan Senate is one of many other states concerned with the Internets influence over sexual exploitation and abuse

These issues are rampant and growing in an amount of cases and severity. Additionally, violence is not restricted to human beings. States such as Idaho, Utah, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida and Mississippi, Montana, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas all want legislation making oral, and anal sex illegal. This law does include these acts perpetrated against man, woman, and animals.

The internet encourages sexual deviance

A firewall surrounds the Internet. People who hold interest, can find places to purchase animals that have been groomed for sexual exploitation. Many laugh at such a disturbing crime against animals. Animal cruelty does not only include testing chemicals, inhumane slaughter, injection of hormones and other barbaric treatment of pets. Animal cruelty is any act that disregards the welfare of the living, breathing mammal.

Thus, the Senate reaffirms a law making sodomy a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. According to legislation, Sodomy is closely intertwined with bestiality. The two are essentially the same acts. The law defines “the abominable and detestable crime against nature with humankind or animal. “If an offender  previously convicted of any sex offenses, the violation of these acts will result in life imprisonment.”

Time in prison

Sexual intercourse is something that occurs upon penetration no matter how slight. If forced on a non-consenting party, that act defines sexual abuse. Moreover, animals cannot consent. Forced penetration is a felony.

GOP Senator Rick Jones is trying to push a bill through the Senate. Jones insists people access the bill and distort it. Afterwards, they post it online to raise controversy. Meanwhile, the primary focus of the law making sodomy illegal is to protect animals. However, bloggers want it to sound discriminating and unconstitutional. Although, the senator wants the bill to pass so animals can be protected, he doesn’t want to raise any other issues. Correspondingly, controversies like gay and lesbian rights. Jones doesn’t want the Senate to be arguing about the topic and end up with the bill not passing.

The main issue here is implementing stronger animal cruelty laws. The focus is not discrimination.

What if it does sound discriminating

Is it such a crime to label an inhumane act and punish those who act it out? Sexual abuse is a real crime. The Internet encourages these crimes right, left and center. Frankly, people need to resolve their skewed principles. Therefore, only this will enable criminal actions definitions of abuse rather than discrimination. Protecting the rights of the real victims should be of more concern than placating a group of individuals who want to have deviant sex.

Likewise, sex is supposed to be a private, sacred expression between two people. Since when does it have to be on display for everyone to see and hear?

In this case, abuse of animals, and people happens every day. Someone has to stop it. The world is indeed a very sick place. Most people don’t understand rights and liberties anymore. Distortion of both remain beyond recognition today.

It’s just sad!
